What causes Nail Fungal Infection?
We all have certain fungi in our bodies but, in a warm, moist environment such as the inside of your shoes, these fungi can overpopulate, leading to an infection. Fungal infections can also be spread from person to person.
How does laser works?
To treat a fungal nail infection, we use the latest laser technology, penetrating deep into the infected tissues to heat and destroy it without affecting the healthy surrounding cells. With our laser, we have full control over the pulse intensity and duration of the laser to ensure that we only heat the damaged areas.
Does laser Nail Fungus work?
Laser treatments for nail fungus are relatively new when compared to traditional treatment methods such as medical creams and oral antifungal medication, however, with excellent safety records and low risk, this treatment can be very effective in fighting nail fungus.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions will depend on your individual case and the extent of your fungal nail infection. Typically, we recommend 3 treatment sessions spaced approximately 14 days apart for the best results.
